The main contributing factors to cellulite production are excess fat and toxins in the body, if you can eliminate or reduce both of these factors you can have very positive results.

Foods To Reduce Cellulite

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables: Fresh fruits and vegetables are not only full of vitamins and minerals but they are also packed full of natural anti oxidants. These anti oxidants will help remove the toxins in your body that contribute to cellulite.

High Fiber: Consuming high fiber foods will not only make you feel full longer and therefore help you actually eat less and lose weight. They will also help cleanse your colon and intestinal tract. High Proteins: High protein foods that are low in fats are great at reducing body fat and building lean muscle mass. Some examples would be chicken, fish and fat free dairy products like skim milk and fat free yogurt.

Lunges can be performed with a barbell resting on your back or by holding dumb bells in your hands. the dumb bell method is by far the easiest. Performing 3 sets of lunges for around 20 repetitions per set is a good amount to begin with, you can always add more or less depending on your fitness levels.

Squats: The squat is another powerful compound move that uses all the muscles in the lower body. The squat can also be performed with a barbell across the back or by holding dumb bells in your hands. Use light weights and shoot for 3 sets of 20-25 repetitions per set.
