Is it better to exercise in the morning, noon, or night?

There is absolutely no difference in a night
or morning work out. You can burn calories
and tone down any time of the day. However,
some people prefer specific time because of
their schedule.
Some people also choose to work out during
the day. Being out as early as possible is
the not best time to exercise. As long as the
person is fit and healthy, it is never
important to choose the time of working out.
