Can older people do strength training?
Answered By Editor
No, older people are more advised to do low
intensity exercises. Older people from 40 -
60 years of age need to exercise to improve
health. This is because physical activities
are good for the heart, confidence and mood.
People, who exercise and reach the age of
80 and 90 years, are more independent
compared to the aged ones who do not work
out. Aged people who work out are more
active because they are more energetic and
full of vitality.
