Are aerobic exercises safe for everybody?

Aerobic exercises can be a good exercise for
everyone as it works out not only your body
but the aerobic parts of it as well. Aerobic
parts are the blood vessels, lungs and heart.
Aside from that, it can also boost energy.
However, aerobic exercises are not
recommended for people with decreased amount
of fats in the body. Aerobic exercises can
decrease the amount of fats in the body. If a
person with fat deficiency with fat
deficiency will perform it, they will be
decrease more fats leading to malnutrition.
