Should I alternate between strength training and aerobic exercise?

Aerobic exercise can be good alone however,
if combined with strength training, work out
can be more effective. Aerobic exercise can
reduce the calories, fats and gives more
energy to the body.
Strength training is done primarily to
increase the endurance and muscle strength.
If aerobic exercise and strength training
will be combined, it is possible to gain and
maintain a healthy body full of strength and
vitality.
