What types of exercises are prescribed to tone up the lower body?

Many exercises can successfully tone up your muscles. The following exercises can be a great help for you to tone up the muscles in your body. These are the following:

* Pull over and close grip press - lay at the edge of the bed and start gripping dumbbells or pull over bars.

* Curl press - it is also performed with dumbbells on your sides.

* Compound flies - this is done on the bench by holding dumbbells on both hands and move it imitating a flying movement.

* Lying knee lifts - put your hands under your butt while lying on bench. Slowly raise your knees. Do it in 3 sets of 20 repetitions.
