What types of exercises are prescribed to tone up my upper body?

You can do triceps push up to tone up the
muscles in your upper body. You can use very
light dumbbells in doing the triceps raises.
It is also done during aerobics. Put in mind
that you are toning up your upper body so
does more work on your upper body during an
aerobics. Swing your arms while doing a walk.
Arm spirals are also a good exercise. This
is done by holding your arms straight out
while doing the spirals. This exercise will
sure to form your upper body.
