How many days a week should I exercise?

If you are working out in a muscle group, you
are recommended to complete at least once a
week of exercise or work out. This is enough
for you to form muscles. If you are one heavy
work out, it will take a week for your
muscles to fully recover.
If you are working out moderately, you can
try working out twice a week, but is more
preferable to work out only once. If you are
more used to high intensity work out, your
muscle needs to recover for some more days so
you can work out again without over working
your muscles.
