Is high-intensity or low-intensity cardio better for burning fat?
Answered By Editor
They are both helpful in burning fat.
However, the low-intensity cardio decreases
fats in your body. This will burn your fats
without worrying on burning too much of your
muscles. You can burn up to 200 calories in
doing a low-intensity cardio.
You will have the following benefits
during a cardio work out:
* Decreased heart rate
* Decrease blood pressure
* Increased muscle endurance
* Improve blood circulation
* Decreased body parts
* Decreased stress levels
* Energy
